Start differently

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in cycles of guilt, restriction, or fear around food and weight, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this on your own.

I founded the EASE Approach, to provide individual and group support for people with Anorexia Nervosa, ARFID, Binge Eating, Bulimia Nervosa, OSFED, and other disordered eating patterns based on my extensive experience working in Eating Disorders, to promote Eating with Awareness, Safety, and Embodiment.

Treatment options are all tailored to your needs and any diversity requirements. Get in touch to explore how we can work together today!

You might be here because:

  • food takes up too much mental space,

  • you feel anxious or guilty after eating,

  • you’re exhausted by trying to “be good” and then spiralling,

  • you want recovery but feel terrified of weight changes,

  • you’re stuck in rules, rigidity, or fear around “good/bad” foods,

  • you’ve tried things before, but nothing felt truly supportive

Rest assured, you’re not failing. Your body and mind are trying to protect you. With the right support, things can get easier, gently and steadily.

Our online services are designed to reduce overwhelm rather than add to it. Recovery here is gentle, structured, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.

Nutrition, psychological safety, and body-based awareness are integrated to support sustainable recovery — not just symptom management. We agree on a pace and structure that feels manageable, with support delivered through regular online 1:1 sessions, optional groups and workshops, and practical resources to support you between appointments, without pressure to rush.
